This Delivery Policy explains how Gelber Studio delivers digital software products, license information, download instructions, activation links, order confirmations, and support access after purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the product is delivered digitally and that no physical parcel will be shipped.
Delivery Method
Eligible products are delivered by one or more of the following methods:
- Order confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Download link or access instructions displayed on the order confirmation page.
- Customer account access where order history and eligible downloads are available.
- Publisher registration, redemption link, license key, or activation instructions when required by the product.
Delivery Timeframes
Most automated digital orders are delivered usually within minutes after successful payment confirmation. Some orders may require manual verification before access is issued.
- Standard digital delivery: usually within minutes after payment is confirmed.
- Manual review: normally completed within 24 hours, but may take longer during weekends, holidays, payment reviews, or fraud checks.
- Support-assisted delivery: if an email fails or access is blocked, support can review and resend eligible access details.
No Physical Shipping
Gelber Studio products are digital software products. There are no physical shipping fees, no delivery carrier, no tracking number, and no return shipping cost unless a product page clearly states that a physical item is included.
- Shipping cost for digital delivery is $0.00 unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Taxes or payment-provider fees, if applicable, will be shown before payment is completed.
- Product availability, price, and delivery terms must match the product page and checkout page at the time of purchase.
Email Delivery
Delivery emails are sent to the customer email address entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking spam, junk, promotions, and security-filter folders.
- If you entered the wrong email address, contact support as soon as possible.
- Support may verify your order details before resending license or access information.
- Do not share license keys, account access, or download links publicly.
Manual Verification and Fraud Review
Some orders may be delayed while Gelber Studio or its payment partners verify payment status, reduce fraud risk, review mismatched customer information, or confirm product availability.
- Additional verification may be requested before delivery.
- Orders connected to unauthorized payment use, chargeback risk, or suspicious activity may be cancelled or refunded.
- Gelber Studio may refuse delivery where it cannot lawfully or safely provide the product.
Regional and Publisher Restrictions
Some software products may be subject to region, account, platform, publisher, or license restrictions. Product pages should describe important restrictions when they apply.
- Customers should review compatibility, region, and activation requirements before purchase.
- If Gelber Studio cannot deliver an eligible order because of a restriction not clearly disclosed before purchase, support will review the order for correction, replacement, or refund.

If you do not receive your delivery email after payment confirmation, contact support using the same email address used at checkout.
