Refund & Return Policy
This policy explains when Gelber Studio may approve refunds, cancellations, replacements, or corrected delivery for digital software products. Because our products are delivered digitally, there is no physical return shipment.
Refund approval depends on delivery status, download status, license activation, product terms, publisher rules, troubleshooting outcome, and applicable consumer law.
Refund Request Window
You may request a refund review within 30 days from the date your digital product was delivered or made available. Requests after 30 days may be denied unless required by law or approved as an exception.

- Include your order number, product name, purchase email, reason for the request, and relevant screenshots if applicable.
- Do not activate, redeem, download, or use a product if you are requesting cancellation for an accidental order.
Situations That May Be Eligible
Gelber Studio may approve a refund, corrected delivery, or replacement in situations such as:
- The same customer accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- The product was not delivered and support cannot provide working access within a reasonable time.
- The wrong product was delivered compared with the product ordered.
- A product has a verified technical issue that support or the publisher cannot reasonably resolve.
- A key product restriction, compatibility limit, or activation condition was not clearly disclosed before purchase.
Situations That May Not Be Eligible
Digital software may become non-refundable after access is delivered, downloaded, revealed, redeemed, activated, transferred, or used, unless required by law or unless Gelber Studio approves an exception.
- License keys or redemption codes that have already been revealed, redeemed, or activated.
- Downloadable software already downloaded or accessed where the product matches the listing.
- Products purchased for an unsupported operating system, DAW, plugin host, account region, or hardware setup that was clearly stated before purchase.
- Requests based only on preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse after digital access has already been issued.
- Orders connected to fraud, unauthorized payment use, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized resale.
Buyer’s Remorse and Accidental Orders
If you changed your mind or ordered by mistake, contact support immediately. Buyer’s remorse refunds may be considered only when the product has not yet been delivered, downloaded, revealed, redeemed, activated, or used.
- Once digital access is issued, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- If support can prevent delivery before access is issued, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
- Approved change-of-mind refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally bought the same product more than once, contact support with both order numbers. Do not activate or use the duplicate license while the request is under review.
- Duplicate orders are usually easier to resolve when reported quickly.
- If a duplicate license has already been redeemed or transferred, refund eligibility may be limited.
Technical Issue Review
For technical issues, Gelber Studio may first attempt reasonable troubleshooting or coordinate with publisher instructions before approving a refund.
- Provide your operating system, DAW or host software, device details, error message, and screenshots.
- A corrected file, replacement key, new download link, or publisher support path may be offered before a refund.
Return Shipping and Costs
Because Gelber Studio sells digital products, there is no physical item to return and no return shipping cost. If a refund is approved, access to the refunded digital product may be cancelled, disabled, or revoked where technically possible.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gelber Studio normally processes approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days, but the final posting time may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or wallet service.
