Are products delivered physically?
No. Gelber Studio sells digital software products. Delivery may include download links, license keys, redemption links, activation instructions, publisher account instructions, or customer account access.
How fast is digital delivery?
Most automated orders are delivered within a few minutes after successful payment confirmation. Some orders may require manual review, fraud verification, or support routing before access is issued.
What should I do if I do not receive my order email?
Check spam, junk, promotions, and security-filter folders first. If the email is still missing, contact support@gelberstudio.com with your order number, product name, and purchase email.
Can I request a refund?
Eligible refund requests may be reviewed within 30 days of delivery. Because software is digital, refund eligibility depends on delivery status, download status, activation status, product terms, publisher rules, and applicable law.
Do you store card numbers?
No. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Gelber Studio does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
